Hotels generally do not confirm interconnecting rooms.
They are on a request basis only.
Same goes with a standard room at a hotel when you book twin share or single.
If you want a double bed, ground floor room etc you have to request it.
They usually reply (if emailed/faxed) that they will try their very best to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee etc etc.
Your agent should know that?
