I took 100% raspberry syrup for my 2 kids last time we went. One had 40ml every morning, the other refused to have any, and neither got sick. I took Travelan tabs and wasn't sick while we were there but had a very funny tummy for 2 days when we got back. Hubby didn't take Travelan and he was sick in bed with diarrohea, cramps and a temperature for 1 and a half days while we were there.
I was also very interested to see what would work and what doesn't, but I've come to the conclusion that there is no conclusion!! I really think it's just the luck of the draw who gets what.
