Hw will let you know if ones are really bad.
You can test them yourself or when he is there if you like.
(Hire a DVD player or ask him to bring one/both to check them)
If any are bad then just contact him so he can refund or swap for you.
Quality is no different than anywhere else in Bali.
Up to you really and what is better/more convenient for you.
Also depends on how many you plan on getting, as it's easy to stand around to test a few but not if you get heaps.
I first used him in 2000 to buy PS1 games.
Once he went back into business again in the last couple of years I have continued to use him as I prefer having the bulk of mine delivered.
Sometimes we buy a couple at a time from different shops around the place too in addition to using him.
I find him trustworthy, punctual, polite & helpful.
It all depends on what suits you and whether you prefer delivery or to select your own personally.
