The taxis from the airport will usually only take two people plus luggage so you'd need two taxis. If there's more than two of us we usually just start walking towards the carpark and there are always heaps of drivers(often heading home after a drop off) with vans - so you can all travel together. We've paid between Rp35,000 and 50,000 to Legian.
