Kumala Pantai is the BEST!!! Great location with lots of resturants in walking distance. Cheaper rates with newer, cleaner rooms, great pool and the restruant has excellent food.
I have had relatives stay at Resor seminyak i thought it was overpriced and looking a little 'worn out' around the edges especially the rooms.
