There are heaps of places on lembongan ranging from 50,000rp per room to $200 per person, so it depends what you mean about a little bit extra. Lembongan is quite popular during August and a lot of Europeans are there.
For a mid range price place you can't beat Coconuts which I think is about $60 US. For the cheaper but still nice places you go to Jungabatu bay and there are lots. Some of the better ones are Mandala, Surfers Cafe and Ketuts.
To get there you can book a cruise thingo and coconuts has one that they are affiliated with. You can also catch a traditional boat from Sanur at 10am each morning.
