i gather you are talking about the spa resort in Ubub, We have stayed at the tjampuhan,it's very nice but this resort is built on a hillside so there are hundreds of steps ,we counted 60 just to our room from reception, probably not a good idea with kids also don't really think it a a good kids pool. I think this is more of an adults only resort.
