first time back in bali in 15 years. was overwhelmed with how big it had become. stupidly went walkabout a few mins after getting to the hotel - the brain was still trying to process how humid and insane kuta was. managed to get cornered by a bunch of locals selling random goods and lost all recollection of what the exchange rate was..
we bought two bali towels for Rp200,000 which at the time was $40 AU.
never again.. :)
