Hi, can anyone tell how much you can withdraw out of an ATM per day? Also we've just bought a new mobile phone (prepaid) but it is locked in with Telstra for 6mths - does anyone know if we can get a new sim card in Bali and use the phone over there while we're on holidays. Thank you
