There you are sitting in Business class while the hostie looks after the kids, how refreashed you will be on arrival .....
Sorry this was of no help but thought i would put in my 2 cents worth in.
Best perhaps to split the older kids from the youngest that way they dont anoy each other. don't let the sit behind each other as they will fight over kicking the seats etc. Make sure you take at least a couple of hours to yourself for a spa to get over the flight.
