Yes you do need to put in the country code, if it is an Australian phone (eg a friend who has taken their phone to Bali) then you have the normal +61 then the number (drop the first zero). If it is to a mobile which has a Balinese sim card then the code is +62 (drop the first zero). I hope you follow what I mean.
