They don't all do it. This is happening too much, also because they don't get copies, I have had a group booking where one family had a letter wrong on their tickets and had to pay an extra $50 per person (x4), all because the passports weren't checked.

I've also had a husband and wife fly seperately because of the same thing with the husbands expiry, just after the gates closed and before the plane took off, they gave him the o.k. to go but they wouldn't let him on the plane. If that wasn't bad enough, they were suppose to be staying at the Pelangi, but the hotel had obviously over booked and the wife was sent to another hotel, but she said it was horrible and insisted on somewhere else. I think that they then offered her the Ramayana. By that time, I don't think that she cared. She went to check her husbands flight details and was told that she had to go to Sanur when Garuda had an office right on the beach at the Natour hotel!

The bombing happened two weeks later after they always frequented Paddy's, hence to say, she doesn't ever want to go again.
