Air Paradise

Hi

I have a question in regards to luggage with Air Paradise we are due to fly out at the start of April, iv been reading at the luggage limit seems to be 20kg suit case and 7kg carry on as i have read so far, now i am wondering if i am able to take a small carry on bag just to need some food and passport and camera maybe a drink bottle, and for my suit cases, take 2 1 large one empty with one smaller one similar size inside, do they allow 3 bags in total?

It may sound newbie, but iv never travelled on a plane before and this is my first time.
