Offered a similar deal, never did eventuate for us but they got our money and lots of it, very long story. Make sure the person who has offered this to you is genuine. My source was Melody & Wayan at the Purnarma Rest in Kerobokan. Beleive this rest has now been updated and has a new name. But she is Aussie. They come accross as being very genuine and helpful and have shafted many. They also have friends who people meet at their restaurant who do the same. Do your homework and search the arcives for more information. Goodluck but I don't know how you could be a "guaranteed" rental.
