Tour 1 - Git Git waterfalls (there are a couple of different spots), Singaraja, Lovinia, Banjar hot springs, rice terraces via Pupuan back to the south. We've done this twice, so it's quite doable, but a long day.
Tour 2 - Bali bird park, Reptile park, then Bat caves (if you must!)
Tour 3 - Elephant cave, Monkey forest in Ubud, Ubud and surrounds.
Tour 4 - Volcanoe sighting from Kintamani (spectacular scenery but be prepared for PERSISTANT hawkers, don't touch anything unless you are going to buy it!).
Tour 5 - White water rafting
It's all worth it (except maybe the bats LOL). Hope the kids enjoy it as much as you do. Mine (12 & 16) found it quite interesting even driving around. But then I've always forced a bit of culture on them whether they wanted it or not. They actually complained to me last time that I didn't have an itinerary! - were bored with so much pool time.
Happy touring
