A Jayakarta shuttle bus from the airport would be a transfer and not usually cheap for a family. When you leave the airport in Bali, walk to your right and there is a Taxi window. Tell them you want to go to the Jayakarta and they will charge you a fixed amount. The driver will come and get you and take you to his taxi. It is about a 15 min. drive to the Jayakarta.
By the way, the "tennis player" is a very tall Balinese guy, dressed in tennis clothes (duh). He seems to especially like young blond boys. He approached my son a few times last year and wasn't even tempted to ask my husband to play. He approached us at Tekor Restaurant which is on the beach road to the right of Jayakarta and again on the beach outside a couple of times.
