Stayed at Bali Hai (just down the road) last August and had a walk round the grounds and looked at some of the accom. It all stood up well and I think you will have a great time.
Just opposite is SA Cafe, a great little cafe, good food, cheap, happy hour from 4.30pm. Internet cafe just up the road together with a very cheap laundry (RP1000 per item). There are also about 5 small shops in JL Wana Segara (your street). A little further away (1.75KM) you will find Pepitos a really good supermarket.
For other meals try Green Garden rest (just down the road near beach) and round the corner from G G is Pantai Rest right on the beach. Both have good food at cheap prices. Try them all.
