Couldn't tell you the name or restaurant but things to look for are the eyes of fish (make sure not cloudy) and stand near esky when they open the lid to get a whiff of how fresh it smells. Walk on if you see or smell something you don't like. They will also offer discount (we got 30%) that varies from each one but you can bargain and they will price match. As far as scales go they were very careful to show us all the weighing but the prices were so cheap we weren't too concerned. Our group of 4a and 3kids munched on lobster, king prawn, calamari and fish for less than $200 au including drinks!
