the driver we had a couple of years ago who brought his young daughter along for the day. She was as good as gold, and when we stopped for lunch we asked the driver to join us but he declined. So we asked the restaurant staff to make sure he and the child had something to eat as well. Well, they certainly did. They both had a more expensive lunch than we did! We were mightily miffed.
