As you walk around the Kuta/Legian area (espcially some of the smaller back streets), you will come across shops that specialize in these items. I think it is Jalan Benasari that connects Poppies II with Jalan Melasti. There are a fair number there.
I got mine from a shop near the Melasti end of Benasari.
