we were in Bali nov 04 and found a place that made costumes,dance gear, dressups etc. we cannot find the business card but remember that the shop was around Padma Jalan.We were told that they have about 3 shops and they make to order as well as having a lot of stock. we bought a dancing costume and a fairy dress for our 5 year old and also matching wand and tiaras. The price was unbelievable and quality exceptional. We hope you may find someone who knows about it.We found out only the night before we flew back to Perth so couldnt get anything made but a couple we met got a wedding dressup with train and veil for their 6 year old and they were amazed at the outfit.Goodluck.
