I was dealing with her sending emails back and forth and she said you didn't pay anything until you get to Bali and if you did book then cancelled you would be charged 1 night's accommodation. In the end I got a cheaper price through the hotel direct, so ended up cancelling but she seemed very honest and ligitimate and I would have booked with her if this other cheaper price hadn't come up. I always heard back from her within a day or two and I am sure she has got an office somewhere.
