All in Lipah, except for Good Karma which is a little further East. The string of villages along the coast in that area is all generally known as Amed.
Possibly the best and easiest snorkeling is right in front of Vienna Beach Hotel, but Lipah is only a small village and everything is just a short walk. Plenty of inexpensive warungs and if you're lucky you may get a bit of music, our kind or theirs. Couple of money changers, reasonable rates to say you're out in the sticks and counting your money is just a formality.
