Research Indonesian food customs in particular their culture and in which has some way influenced Australian food selection and variety. Specifically look at lifestyle, religion, customs and geography.
Investigate the technological changes that have occured in one of the following food industry areas over the past fifty years, butcher, greengrocer, grocer, milk bar owner, fishmonger, delicatessan, bakery. Evaluate how these changes have altered the quality of life anf food available to Australians today.
Design and prepare a meal for a dual career family in which one partner has a physically demanding occupation.
Plan and prepare your meal to serve within the one hour lesson.
The foods selected and the serving portions allocated should reflect the nutritional requirementsof each adult.
Consider the cost of ingredients.
It will need to be somethign easy and simle to prepare as its an assignment for my daughter and she needs to prepare it just before the presentation.
