I have only done this course, but it was wonderful. It is done personally by Heinz Von Holzman, the owner and Chef of Bumbu Bali. He is an amazing guy and he makes you do hands-on work, and the food..... You start at 6am with a market tour and then back to the beautiful Rumah Bali villa's, that he owns. You have breakfast and then cook, many tastings on the way and then lunch!!!! finishes about 3pm. He loves it when people ask lots of questions.
