Really depends on what in your eyes is luxury, if I had the money I would stay at Maya Ubud or maybe Pita Maha. As I don't have that kind of money I have chosen to stay at Sunset Villa's. Both the first two properties are at least 200 USD plus from my recollection the Villa is USD $75. Do a search under Ubud and I am sure there will be lots of information there regarding accomodation in Ubud.
