We asked the hotel to call AP for us in Oct last year. No problems just told us to go to the AP office on the bypass road and they changed the ticket there and then. Flight centre told us we could change our ticket once free of charge. We had already changed the departure date from Adelaide so felt sure they would charge us, but no mention of cost when we changed the dep from denpasar?
