Yes you will be able to use it once you have roaming. Any telephone calls you send or receive are very expensive (please note that calls you receive and any voicemail you pay for the cost of Aust to Bali). However, sms messages are same or cheaper as they are charged at local rate. What I do is only use sms and cancel all diverts so no call charges. Other people on this Forum buy a Bali Sim Card over there and use that, they say it is very cheap (but of course a different phone number). If you do a search on mobiles on here you will find out all you need to know.
