We have always asked our drivers to eat with us and some do and some don't. One driver told us that they don't like to be seen eating a meal as it is a very private thing. When we went to the Bird Park we had lunch there and asked the staff to make up a hamburger lunch and a drink for our driver who was waiting outside (offered to pay for him to join us in the park). When we gave it to him he wouldn't eat it in front of us said he would take it home. Told him we more than happy to wait while he had his meal, but no go.
