We liked all our drivers so much that we always included them in our lunch meal (that was when they were with us) we brought them water when we bought it, we asked at 2 of the hotels for welcome drinks for them too as we had been driving for over 3 hours...We adored our drivers and had almost instant connections with them...they were so nice and trustworthy. Where else can you go and within 5 minutes of meeting someone trust them with all your bags while you take photos, stop at the ATM.etc..
If you don't feel comfortable inviting them to the meal they will be fine and don't expect it...we could tell and they were very pleased to be included.
