In Lombok it is usual to either uy your driver lunch or you give them some money to get their own lunch while you are eating. On our regular shopping trips to the capital we eat at KFC simply cos it is Fast food we just want a quick bite while shopping ( and I mangage to blag loadsof bones for our cats/dogs).Our drivers are always delighted to join us. If say I am going to the capital to meet a freind for lunch and we want to be alone I will then give the driver some money to go & get somthing himself.
Guess its different on Bali But I think maybe you pay more for the day already. What is the going rat on Bali for an eight hour day?
