My wife has that tendency, but she is now very careful of what she eats. She had gotten bali-belly in Melbourne at Indonesian restaurants. We think peanut sauce is one thing she is allergic to. She only eats cooked meals and does not go overboard with fruit and fruit juice. The climate is probably also a factor. We never clean teeth in tapwater and only drink bottled water, which I assume you also do. I can sympathize with you and hope you do not get the dreaded BB this time.
