Most places are not going to have a family room that will accommodate 2 adults & 4 children & most rooms will only allow 3.
Interconnecting rooms would be the way to go if you can get them,(2a 1ch & 3ch) or look at somewhere that has a 2 room bungalow/villa type set up?
