We always book with San Michele Travel who does everything directly. We are in Brisbane though but they can do all over Australia.) We always have the bungalows which are always really clean - air con works, hot and cold water never a problem, tv with cable etc. If I were you I would not stay in the rooms in the building itself because they look quite dark (unless you like that of course), the bungalows are much better and much more roomy and all have a little terrace with table and chairs. The buffet breakfasts are fantastic with western and indonesian food which are included in the price that San Michele quotes you by the way. All the best.
