it is a one at a time room reno so not to put all rooms out of play.
It is just a tidy up of rooms paint new Tv,s beds etc plumbing, just things that each rooms need work on nothing major. We are going School Hols April and most exc. suite are taken then anyway. I guess you only sleep in the room. The ground floor rooms open onto gardens, pool etc so you will not have any trouble watching kids play, as for bookign a ground floor unit you need to email hotel attention Suma and he maybe able to block one for you.
