They were very good, the villas' are quite nice (a bit dark) but the views are to die for. Its very economical, I think about $80 Aussie a night, I had a 4 night package. We returned last Sunday, 4 nights was enough. Ubud, has heaps on new restaurants, plenty of shopping to do. If you go to the archives there's heaps on restaurants to be had, but, funnily enough, we found one that wasn't even mentioned the best a place called Tutmak, its fairly busy and near lots of shops.

Also I thought one of the best things about staying at Tjampahan was the shuttle service, the guys are fabulous, they take you any where you want, and when you're finished (no matter what you are doing, shopping, eating) just get the owner of the shop or restaurant to call and they arrived to pick you up within 10 minutes...brilliant! We usually just had a beer at a bar or restaurant while waiting...no hassles at all.
