I think there are many things to do in Ubud, enjoy the rice paddies field, shopping in Sukawati, rent a motobike to travel around, to Mt. Kintamani, Bedugal, etc. You can also go to rafting, my driver will show you the beautiful places, however, I know recently the gas has increased and the car renting price will be increased to around rp250,000 daily. But still worth cause he's a really good driver.
I can recommend Batan Waru for dinning, also Satri's House (this I need to check the name card for details, famous for chicken food), also dirty duck, Pizza Bagus, etc.
