Is this the same guy? He was arrested in Bunatan Village, which is the Amed area in N/E Bali. ( Jakarta post, page page 5, today) Apparantly he was tracked down to Lovina, so the guy skulking around with his procurer near the Puri Raja, in Legian, is very probably someone else.
