The private ground floor pool room is no different to other rooms at this hotel infact I think it is less private everyone who walks past these rooms can see in when you have your blinds open.
I personally would recomend 1st floor overlooking the pool and preferably on the left wing so as not to have the glare of the morning sun also these rooms offer more privacy and a better view in my opinion.I suggest you check for yourself when you arrive but I do believe if you book the ground floor the room rate is higher so ask your travel agent before you book.
PS we will be there in May and we always stay on the 1st or 2nd left wing floors.
