Had missed the promos for the Travel show. Will go tomorrow. I once won a trip to Thailand at one of those - was my first "Asian Adventure" that wasn't work related. Had an absolute ball. The girl I went with & I have known each other since we were 6 or 7 & are practically like sisters and she'd been having a really tough time.
It was mid-winter in Sydney & I rang her & said "get a passport, we're going somewhere warm for 2 weeks". Wouldn't tell her where until we were at the airport. We had such a good time - just lots of easy going travelling with a really good friend and we laughed so much sometimes, we had tears running down our cheeks.
