My partner and I did the cooking school last September at Bumbu Bali in Tanjung Benoa. It was quite an expensive day out but worth it! We were picked up from our resort at 5.30am and taken staight to the local market. What an experience! We then had breakfast at the restaurant and got straight into cooking. Heinz von Holzen was fantastic and didn't stop talking the whole time. We had lunch and rolled out of there at around 2.30pm. We went back to the restaurant for dinner the following week. Ray and I were in Bali for 12 days and agree that the cooking school was a highlight of our trip. I would definately recommend it.
