BIMC or SOS [which is as good as BIMC] but charges less are really best to deal with.
I understand what you are saying, but really if you cant get out of the hotel and need a shot in the ass then at least call BIMC or SOS and get their advice...they may be able to recommend a dr to call at your hotel...
meantime keep your fingers crossed that you dont get a real dose of BB when you cant both ends are expelling bodily fluids at the same time....anything less than this should clear up after a day or two. keep fluids up and take gastrolyte for rehydrating your body...
