Hi, the mezzanine rooms have small sitting area downstairs and bathroom, that can prove to be a little tricky sometimes at night. The upstairs are all wooden, floors, some of the walls are wood lined as well, a couple of the rooms have like a landing half way up with a mat, cushions and the TV. They are very cute and all very different, in fact there isnt one room alike I dont think in all of the Gazebo. Its kind of a little quirky place I reckon but very enjoyable and in the best spot. I think the best rooms are 208 209 210 211, these are not mezzanine but I think classed as suites. Hope this helps
