I have found the best thing for dry rough cracked skin around your heels is a "HEROS CHIROPODY SPONGE "....MUCH better than the old pumice stone which did nothing for me.You can buy them from chemists in Aussie for about $5-7.Read the instructions inside.It really works and its so easy and painless too.This way when you go to Bali you can enjoy any of the treatments you want !!
