Are you talking about Tunjung Resort Bali on Jln Padma Utara?? If so I only stayed there a week ago.
If so they do have a Baby Pool - it is only small but my three year olds could stand up in it.
Also the price you quoted may be a bit high I got it for US$90 a night.
