people make is to go to indo restaurants and order aussie style food!
Unless your at a top class restaurant like ku de ta etc and are prepared to pay big bikkies for imported meat its generally not the kind of food the Balinese are best at preparing.
After a couple of days I came to realise that while in rome you should do as the romans do , and it was then i started to enjoy some top class budget indonesian cuisine
