You can purchase a card from Travelex at the Airport,
it is a worldwide card, you call a freecall number and then enter your details, starts @ $20.00, $50.00 or $100.00 you can also call a free number in australia and top it up with your credit card.
The good thing about this is as it's a free number you can use it from your hotel.
