I don't feel that the places mentioned are any safer than others. My advice would be stick clear of western type food, that is where the mistakes happen, we have been 5 times and only once has one of us been really sick and that was following eating something with mayomaise on. We think that the mayo had not been refirdgerated. We have eaten off carts and the small warungs. I reckon the places to steer clear of are Maccas and KFC!
We also eat salads and ice no problems.
