I purchased a card at Circle K in Melasti St, they even let me try it in their shop. Cannot remember the price but it was really cheap, I used it to phone daughter in UK and friends home in Aust.However when I tried to use it in the phone outside the shop they told me it wasn't working and to go to the phone in Padma street, they did not offer use of the phone in the shop that time ( different staff) I used the card at one of the restaurants we went to. You cannot use from hotel room, but not sure if you can from Hotel Foyer.
