i was wondering, did you have vouchers for breakfast?? and was this different to your last stay at the rama beach, or did you just assume you would get breakfast this time??
Do you know if the manager is the guy from singapore still??
stayed last year for 10 nights with the only problem being at check in as they offer too many people late checkout and several people had to wait around for hours for their rooms.
apart from that we enjoyed a comfortable stay with good service.
by the way, chris has had the s.its for a while and his attitude has noticeably declined since our first stay there 5 years ago.not sure whether it's because of new manager though or just him.
we are going back in july so will report then.
